Class Description
As the Customer Administrator, you will learn how to use the MX Control Console to establish policies regarding user access to the internet through the MX Logic Web Defense Service. You will become familiar with the proxy setup needs, configuring various Policy details, running activity Reports, and managing User Details. Supporting resources and tools will also be discussed.
Class Prerequisites
- The company that the student works for has purchased the MX Logic Web Defense Service and is an existing customer of MX Logic or MX Logic’s partner.
- It is recommended that the student attending is responsible for Administration functions of the MX Logic Web Defense Service for their company’s email filtering activities.
