Partner Training

Partner training on MX Logic is critical to those partners that have to support their customers or want to understand the services better to help sales efforts. For F3 partners, this instructor-led, online training is part of the certification required for the F3 program.

All of the MX Logic services – Email Defense Customer Administration, Web Defense Customer Administration, and Message Archiving Customer Administration – have an associated partner class that is available. There is also a Provisioning class for F3 partners.

There are no limits to the number of attendees a partner can send to a class and the class can be attended as many times as desired. Each class has a certification test available after the sessions are over.

The Email Defense, Web Defense, and Message Archiving course descriptions and outlines are the same as those found in the Customer Training section. The difference is that they approach the information from the viewpoint of the partner instead of the customer

            Email Defense Partner Administration (2 hours)
                        Tuesday         10am-12pm

            Web Defense Partner Administration (1 hour)
                        Wednesday   10am-11am

            Message Archiving Customer Administration (1 ½ hours)
                        Tuesday         1pm-2:30pm

            PartnerFocus Provisioning Training (2 hours)
                        Thursday       1pm-3pm
