This is a private fax and all information sent is kept in a secured environment. Can I pay my MX Logic invoice by ACH Transfer? Yes. Please fill out the customer ACH authorization form and fax it to 720-228-2359. This is a private fax and all information sent is kept in a secured environment. Can I pay my MX Logic invoice by wire transfer? Yes. Please contact the billing group. This information can be found below at “How can I contact the billing department?” Please note that any fees incurred by MX Logic for wires received may be charged to your account. Where do I send payment to for regular mail? MX Logic Can I pay MX Logic over the phone? No. However, please see the information above for paying by “Credit Card,” “ACH Transfer,” “wire transfer,” or “regular mail.” Why do I have a pro-rated charge on my MX Logic invoice? Pro-rated charges occur because you are either a new customer that began service anytime during the previous month, or you are a current customer who changed your product/services anytime during the previous month. MX Logic bills in advance for services at the beginning of each month. Pro-rated charges are found on the first full month’s invoice, or are on the next month’s invoice when changes are made. How do I change the number of users my organization has with MX Logic?
